  • Eat Protein And Vegetables

Each one of your meals should include a protein source, a fat source and low-carb vegetables. Constructing your meals in this way will automatically bring your carb intake 20–50 grams per day.Protein Sources are meat, fish boiled eggs and seafood and low carb vegetables.

  • Do Not Intake Junk Food

To avoid temptation, do not stock junk food such as chocolate, biscuits, crisps and sweet fizzy drinks , beavarage. Instead, opt for healthy snacks, such as fruit, unsalted rice cakes, oat cakes, unsalted or unsweetened popcorn, and fruit. Never drinking any type of alcoholic beverages.

  • Drinking Much Water

Go for a swim and up your fluid intake, drink loads of water and green vegetable juices. Every season offers us an abundance of water-rich fruits; in summers you have fruits like melons, in the winter months go for amla-water or warm nimbu-paani. Go for the incredible summer fruits and vegetables that are 96% water. BREAKFAST
Oats /Cornflakes /Brown Bread + 3 egg whites/ 1 Chappati sabji + salad.
SNACK- 1 Apple or any piece of fruit + 5 Almonds.
LUNCH
Brown Rice + Boiled Dal +salad. / 1 Chappati +Dal + 3 egg whites+ salad.
SNACK- Fruit salad / Juice without sugar.
DINNER
Salad+Boiled dal / 1 Chappati + Dal.
BEFORE BED- 1 Glass of toned Milk.
PRE-workout
Apple/ Black coffee.
POST-workout- 1 Glass of toned Milk + 5 egg whites.

The main thing is eat all day in little quantities like i have mentioned snack after breakfast and lunch. It will help in increasing your metabolism and gradually decreasing weight.
